Rams Regular Season Schedule

The Rams always play each team in their own NFC West division twice per season - the 49ers, Seahawks and Cardinals. The other ten games of their season are scheduled against four teams from another NFC division, four teams against a division from the AFC and two games against 2 other NFC teams (based on last year's standings). The 16-game regular season splits evenly between hosting home games and playing away games.
